GrantDesk is a product of JS Technology Solutions, Inc. ("JS Technology Solutions", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the GrantDesk website at getgrantdesk.com and any separately approved future pilot (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. GrantDesk does not currently operate a working applicant portal or production agency data environment.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you request a proposed-pilot walkthrough or contact us, we may collect your name, work email address, organization name, role, and any information you include in your message.
- Potential future agency data. Any agency or applicant information for a separately approved future pilot would require agreed purpose, access, privacy, security, and retention terms before collection. No current GrantDesk production agency data environment exists.
- Automatically collected data. When you visit our website we collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page, using privacy-focused analytics. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles about you.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To respond to your enquiries and schedule and deliver demos.
- To send you service-related communications about your account or requests.
- To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. Any future agency data or model-use restrictions must be agreed before a separately approved pilot receives real agency information.
3. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, email, calendar scheduling, and analytics providers), and only to the extent needed to perform those services under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer. We do not share your operational data with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete information you have provided, subject to our legal obligations.
5. Security
Any proposed agency data environment, access controls, hosting, encryption, monitoring, and retention safeguards must be separately agreed, implemented, and verified before real applicant information is received. No production security certification or completed agency assessment is claimed.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
7. International users
We operate from the United States and Israel and may process information in those and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
8. Children
The Service is intended for organizations and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
